Every Active Member receives a sustainably built home — permanently, at no cost, no rent and no debt. Maintained by the community, powered by solar, connected by fibre. Your home is yours for as long as you are an active member in good standing.

The core workday is five hours — focused, meaningful, and finished by early afternoon. Short or zero commute. No traffic, no transport costs, no lost hours. What is returned to residents is time — and time is the resource that matters most.
