He also personally authored the ECAHLI Community Handbook — the binding charter covering human and worker rights, equality, and a dignified living and working environment that every resident, employee, and contractor on an ECAHLI site is protected by today, independent of the Foundation's registration timeline. This is not administrative convenience. It is the legal architecture designed to guarantee what he builds cannot be taken after he is gone.
