2026 Parallel Predevelopment

Legal, financial, regulatory, land, and partnership workstreams are advancing simultaneously across Kenya, Brazil and Paraguay, while Spain remains under active exploration. The model is being prepared as a multi-country rollout from the outset.

The Man Behind the Mission

Built by Someone Who
Knows What It Means
to Have Nothing.

Petrus Johan Van Der Merwe was born in South Africa and adopted as a child. He grew up asking a question most people never have to ask: where do I belong? That question became the engine of everything he built.

He holds qualifications across psychology, complementary healthcare, natural medicine, business management and project management. He has authored six books. He has worked across multiple countries, cultures and economic environments — from boardrooms in Europe to building sites in Brazil.

He is a man of deep personal faith who accepts every person regardless of race, faith, orientation or background. He is a father. And everything he builds — every community, every legal structure, every 50-year plan — is a letter to his children and every child yet to come.
