Why Brazil · Why Goiás · April 2026

Brazil: The World's
First Integrated Node.

Goiás State was selected as ECAHLI's global flagship location for its exceptional agricultural productivity, its strategic position at the heart of Brazil's agribusiness corridor, its land availability and its growing alignment with green investment frameworks. ECAHLI Brazil is not a pilot — it is the fully operational proof of concept from which the ECAHLI model is now being replicated in Kenya, Paraguay and beyond. The land is identified. The model is investor-ready. The rollout begins here.

Why Goiás, Brazil

The Brazil Vision

Self-Sustaining.
Commercially Proven.
Replicable by Design.

ECAHLI Brazil is the global flagship — a fully integrated regenerative community and economic node combining an Anchor Commercial SPV, circular economy industries, community operations, a private hospital, a school and TVET campus, an eco-resort, and an aviation zone. Every zone shares infrastructure, every zone generates revenue, and every zone contributes to measurable emissions reduction against a documented baseline.

Shared infrastructure powers every activity: a solar microgrid, low-carbon construction systems using recycled and environmentally friendly materials, e-mobility logistics, biodigester and closed-loop water systems, cold-chain facilities and fibre connectivity. Every activity is structured for alignment with green finance partners and the Brazilian regulatory framework.

  • Low-carbon construction using circular materials and sustainable building systems throughout
  • Solar microgrid and e-mobility reduce operational emissions vs baseline
  • Cold-chain and agro-processing reduce post-harvest food loss and supply-chain emissions
  • Circular economy, waste-processing and upcycling zones divert material from landfill
  • CLT employment contracts from day one — 555 direct jobs by Year 5
  • Affordable sustainable housing adjacent to the flagship for Brazilian staff and local families
  • Replication framework designed in from day one — Africa, Paraguay, Uruguay follow this model
