Every resident's rights are written into the ECAHLI Community Handbook — Edition 3.0 — and protected by the Dutch Stichting Foundation under Netherlands law. These rights cannot be voted away, reduced, or suspended by any individual, board, investor, or government. Ever.

Access to the full community clinic — GP, dental, maternity, pharmacy, and mental health — for as long as you are a resident.
The right to dignity and respect from every community member at all times. Zero tolerance for abuse or discrimination.

ECAHLI is held in trust by a Netherlands Stichting Foundation under Dutch law — one of the most protective trust structures in the world. No investor, director, or government can sell your home or remove your rights. Legally bulletproof and permanent.
