Respect Community Rules & Governance

ECAHLI operates under a clear set of community standards. Residents agree to and uphold these as a condition of residency.

Contribute Through Work or Training

Every resident contributes approximately 5 hours per day through assigned roles, training programmes, or community maintenance tasks.

Maintain Living Space & Shared Areas

Residents are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of their home and any shared spaces they use regularly.

Act Responsibly Toward Others

Mutual respect is non-negotiable. ECAHLI is built on the assumption that every person deserves dignity — and that means extending it to others too.

Participate in Community Life

Residency at ECAHLI includes participation in the social, cultural, and governance events that make the community more than just an address.

Residency at ECAHLI is a beginning. Depending on participation, conduct, and contribution, residents progress through a structured pathway that leads from initial residency to genuine ownership and leadership.

Stage 01

Probationary Resident

First 3–6 months. Full benefits, assigned role, orientation into community systems and expectations. Performance and conduct are assessed.

Stage 02

Confirmed Resident

Long-term housing agreement. Access to the full training programme. Eligible for specialist role assignments and skill certifications.

Stage 03

📈

Senior Contributor

Leadership and supervisory roles. Expanded responsibility. Growing share of community revenue distribution as EBITDA scales.

Stage 04

🌍

Stakeholder / Transfer

Governance rights, full stakeholder participation, and the option to transfer to any ECAHLI community globally — with standing and package intact.

Successful applicants are matched to a specific community and role based on their skills, family situation, and the needs of the community they are joining.

Full community induction, role orientation, and introduction to the people and systems that will define your daily life. The journey begins on day one.
