ECAHLI Global Holdings is a Dutch Stichting — a Netherlands-registered foundation recognized globally by development institutions, regulators, and investors as a gold-standard governance vehicle for perpetual, mission-locked organizations.
Why this matters: A Stichting cannot issue shares, pay dividends, or be sold. All assets and income must serve the stated mission. The mission of ECAHLI Global Holdings — to build, protect, and multiply self-sustaining eco-economic communities for the people inside them — is the legal purpose of the entity itself.
