Owning a home, investing capital, and building a new life are three different relationships with three different legal shapes. ECAHLI keeps them separate, on purpose — so you know exactly what you're choosing, and so does everyone reviewing this page.
Every ECAHLI pathway below maps to one of three structures — never a blend of all three. Knowing which one you're choosing is the most important thing on this page.
Direct title to a physical home. A real estate purchase — not equity in ECAHLI, not a job.
Real equity or capital participation in ECAHLI's industries — a financial investment, not a home or a job.
Living rights, not ownership — a home to live in and paid community employment, earned through merit and contribution.
Buy a home in one of ECAHLI's Development-division Nodes — a real estate purchase with direct title to your unit, the same as anywhere else. This is not an ECAHLI equity stake and does not include employment.
Want to work at ECAHLI or invest in its industries too? Those are separate applications — see Careers or Invest in the Mission below. Buying a home does not include either automatically.
Register Interest →Back ECAHLI's mission with real capital — either globally, across the whole network, or locally, in a specific Node. This is genuine equity participation through ECAHLI Global Holdings, structured separately from any home purchase or employment.
A dignified fresh start for capable people the wider system has overlooked. This program is built on merit, not money — you hold living rights, not ownership, in exchange for participating fully in the Community Handbook.
Train inside a live, operating community. Contribute your skills, complete a 12-month paid apprenticeship, and earn accredited training — with a clear path into Community Membership or ECAHLI employment on completion.
Purpose-built retirement living inside an ECAHLI community — a lifestyle purchase or monthly service arrangement, not an investment product. No equity, no return on investment is attached to this pathway.
