The Live Lab is not a dense development. Every functional zone — homes, Clubhouse, shared office, school, workshops, clinic, parking and agriculture — is deliberately separated by living green buffer zones: trees, native planting, natural corridors.

This is a design philosophy, not incidental landscaping. Green buffers create acoustic privacy between zones, support biodiversity and pollinator habitat, improve natural ventilation and air quality, and give every resident the experience of living inside nature rather than alongside it.

30 hectares is intentionally generous for 15 founding homes.
