Applying for residency in Paraguay is a straightforward process, and there’s no need to feel stressed since our lawyers take care of everything on your behalf. The documents required include:
– Valid Passport
– Unabridged Birth Certificate
– Police Clearance Certificate (from the country where you have lived for the last 3 years)
– Marriage Certificate
All documents must be Apostilled or legalized from the country of issuance.
The journey to becoming a citizen of Paraguay typically spans around 7 years. Initially, you begin with a Temporary residency that lasts for 2 years, which is succeeded by a Permanent Residency for 5 years, after which you can submit your application for Paraguay Citizenship.
Nevertheless, if you invest in the ECAHLI project or our Boutique hotels, you can achieve Paraguay Citizenship in just 3 years, as we fulfill the requirements of the Paraguay Investment scheme, also known as the SAUCE. To qualify for this program, the minimum investment amount is $85,000 for a family of up to 4 members.
