Why we are Selling
Life is exciting and as everyone know we are starting our ECAHLI community project and all proceeds from this sale goes towards our project. This is a beautiful and peaceful home filled with character and good vibrations. Its a happy home and everything in it is brand new.
We are moving just down the road to Piribabuy which is 10 min away.
We love this home and area but we love our dreams more. This is a very nice area and it attracts tourist. Good investment property and startup in Paraguay. The reason behind the cars and furniture being included is that we need a double cab pickup for ECAHLI and we do have two newer model Voxis on the road. The Voxi is am amazing, 7 seater with automated doors, starter front and real AC and so much more. Its automatic with triprotic gearbox. Perfect running and working condition.
The Volkswagen will need a little TLC but it drives and all documents are in order. Its a fun project , But I have no time to do it.
Price, Transactions and Fees
As we are raising funding for our ECAHLI community project we are open to offers. The reserve price is $72000. 00 and all transactions is handled by NextStep Paraguay, a legal and business consultancy firm in Asuncion. NextStep Paraguay will also handle the Paraguayan residency process for the buyer or buyers of the home. All documentation is in order and ready for transfer.
